The concept behind the channel:
The project is based on YouTube and called – Negative Film.
Negative film is designed to produce a negative cinematic image that is used for subsequent printing of film prints or countertypes. Unlike a film copy, which contains an image and a combined phonogram, a film negative contains only an image whose halftones are inverse to the subject. That is, the lighter details of the object are displayed in the darker areas of the image. Subject colours are displayed on the colour negative using complementary colours. To obtain a positive image from a film negative, it is necessary to print on a positive film using a film copier.
I am skipping the second part since I am using the negative effect in filmmaking to create visual art projects which are complemented by a monotone drone performed on artificial violin looping one tone starting from C and increasing pitch all the way to B (including C, C#/Db, D, D#/Eb, E, F, F#/Gb, G, G#/Ab, A, A#/Bb, B).
This project will include 17 videos and then be closed.
